Christian Ministries Convention Offers 70 Workshops

New Jersey Christian Ministries will host its 52nd Annual Christian Ministries and Spiritual Life Convention October 26 and 27 at Hawthorne Gospel Church in Hawthorne, NJ.  We will offer both adult ministry and youth ministry. This year’s convention features: 73 workshops spread over Friday night and Saturday, including six workshops for teens on Saturday. On Friday night, a youth rally will be led by Pastor Dave Hayman ofCornerstoneChurchinWyckoff, with worship music by the youth band, Less Is More. Teens may attend the convention free! Less Is More will also lead worship at the General Session.

The keynote speaker is Rev. Dr. David Schroeder, president ofSomersetChristianCollege, and the author of 10 books. Additionally, there will be 60 exhibitors representing a wide range of ministries, vendors, and publishers of Christian Education curriculums.

The theme for this year’s convention is “Finding Our Treasure, True Riches, and Our Destiny in God.” “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Matt 6:22). In difficult times such as these, it has never been more important to consider what our treasure is, and what is truly valuable. I believe the answer for us, as Christians, is: God and His Kingdom is Our Treasure! This year, our convention will explore this theme in its application to our lives, our churches, and our ministries. The quality and depth of experience in our workshops, panel discussions, and our exhibitors is unequaled. Here is a list of our classes and workshops:
