George Flores
A New York area Christian Radio veteran, George brings his enthusiasm and warmth to the overnights and weekends at STAR 99.1. He considers himself a pilgrim and wants to help other travelers as they seek to continue their journey into the greater story of God. “I’m loving the fact I might be used to talk to another searcher in radio land about the things of God.”
In his time at STAR 99.1, he’s been awed at the outpouring of compassion and love from the listeners. “The Sharathons are my favorite STAR events. Seeing the faces of willing Sharathon volunteers and hearing how God is using the station in listeners' lives is always a blessing."
In addition to his air work, George’s passion for meeting people also brings him in frequent contact with listeners and community leaders throughout the Tri-State area.
